Thanksgiving

I realize I blew right on by Thanksgiving last week like it didn't even happen, and skipped straight to Christmas festivities here on the old blog. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and the reality is that it wasn't overshadowed by Christmas in the slightest. Brandon took the entire week off of work, and the kids were also home the whole week from school, and we had a wonderful week just spending time together as a family. I love traveling to see family and friends, but I really love just staying home with my whole family together for a few days with very few obligations. It was heaven.

Pictures were taken, bears were built, husbands were dated, groceries were purchased, queso was made, family was welcomed, turkey was carved, pies were made, cousins were separated, naps were taken, games were played, gifts were bought, gifts were wrapped, gifts were opened, football was watched, and food was eaten. Pretty much the perfect week, and I have almost no pictures to show for it, other than what you have already seen.

It feels too small to say "we have so much to be thankful for this year." This is something we say every year, and every year God blesses us more than we could ever imagine.

2010 just needs bigger words than that.

One picture is worth 1,000 bigger words... Enough said.
